WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
We offer shipping at the following rates:

0.5 – 1 kg | ₹ 100 | ₹ 250 |
1 – 2 kg | ₹ 150 | ₹ 350 |
2 – 3 kg | ₹ 200 | ₹ 450 |
3 – 5 kg | ₹ 300 | ₹ 550 |
5 – 10 kg | ₹ 400 | ₹ 900 |
10 – 15 kg | ₹ 500 | ₹ 1500 |
15 – 20 kg | ₹ 700 | ₹ 2000 |
Above 20 kg | + ₹ 100 per kg | + ₹ 200 per kg |
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
- Express Shipping: 4-6 business days
Handling Time:
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
ACTUAL WEIGHT VS DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT
Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is calculated using the formula:
When placing an order, the shipping fee will be determined based on the greater of the actual weight or the dimensional weight of your package.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain large or bulky items may have additional shipping restrictions.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you can track its status by visiting My Account Orders and clicking on the “Track” button. This option will be available as soon as your order is dispatched.
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
