For standard shipping, fees range from ₹ 70 for packages up to 0.5 kg to ₹ 700 for packages between 15 and 20 kg, with an additional ₹ 100 per kg for packages over 20 kg. For express shipping, fees range from ₹ 150 for packages up to 0.5 kg to ₹ 2000 for packages between 15 and 20 kg, with an additional ₹ 200 per kg for packages over 20 kg.

What are the estimated delivery times?

– Standard Shipping: 7-12 business days
– Express Shipping: 4-6 business days
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the greater of actual weight or dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is determined using the formula: (Length x Width x Height) / 5000. When placing an order, the shipping fee will be determined based on the higher value between the actual weight and the dimensional weight of your package.

Do you deliver internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping.

Are there any shipping restrictions?

What is the return period for Travipak products?

You can return your Travipak product within seven (7) days of the purchase date.

What condition should the returned items be in?

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

How do I start the return process?

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects such as broken or malfunctioning zippers, torn or frayed fabric, detachment or failure of straps, handles, or buckles, seams that come apart, defective clips, buckles, or hardware components, failure of waterproof materials or coatings, significant color fading, and structural components like frames that break or deform without excessive force.

What is not covered under the warranty?

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, neglect or improper care, alterations or unauthorized repairs, and cosmetic damages that do not affect the functionality of the product.

How can I claim the warranty?
